Morgan Spolarich

Morgan Spolarich is an Assistant Prosecuting Attorney for Raleigh County. Ms. Spolarich also  owns a civil litigation law firm, Thompson and Spolarich, PLLC, with her fellow law partner. A  native of Wyoming County, Ms. Spolarich now resides in Raleigh County. She represents both  Raleigh and Wyoming Counties as a member on the West Virginia Young Lawyer’s Board.  During her free time, she enjoys traveling, spending time with friends and family, and being  outdoors. 

Brent Osborne

Brent Osborne was born and raised in Beckley, WV. Brent is a 2015 graduate from Woodrow Wilson High School. During Undergraduate school, Brent went on to play football at West Virginia University and was a member of the 2016 Motel 6 Cactus Bowl in Phoenix, AZ, when WVU beat Arizona State. After football, Brent spent time volunteering with the United Way of Monongalia and Preston Counties, he was elected by the student body as an Athletic Senator in the WVU Student Government and served as one of two Student Representatives on the WVU Athletic Council within the Athletic Department. 

Brent received his Master of Science in Industrial Relations from West Virginia University Chambers College of Business.  During that time, Brent also spent another season working as a Special Teams Student Analyst with the WVU Football Team under Neal Brown.

Most recently, Brent spent two years in Aiken County, SC working for Bridgestone Americas as a Senior HR Business Partner. Now back in Beckley, Brent is the Director of Human Resources for Jan-Care Ambulance, Inc.

In his free time, he enjoys stopping by the Beckley Football fieldhouse and interacting with the high school athletes, as well as being the color commentator for the Beckley Boys’ Basketball team alongside the voice of the Flying Eagles, Fred Persinger II. The next best place to find him is on the golf course!
